ABOUT US
The Richmond Area Chapter (RAC-MOAA) is an independent nonpartisan affiliate of the Military Officers Association of America (MOAA), and a member of the Virginia Council of Chapters (VCOC-MOAA), a non-profit, non-stock corporation registered in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Membership is open to active duty, National Guard, Reserve, retired, and former commissioned officers and warrant officers of the following uniformed services: Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Space Force, Coast Guard, Public Health Service, and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. Memberships also are available for surviving spouses of deceased officers.
The chapter area includes the Virginia counties of: Amelia, Caroline, Charles City, Chesterfield, Henrico, Goochland, Hanover, King and Queen, King William, Louisa, New Kent, Powhatan and Prince George, and the City of Richmond. Our Chapter has over 200 members.
Member dinner meetings are frequently hosted at the Meadowbrook Country Club located in Richmond at 3800 Cogbill Road. Nonmember guests are welcome, and we hope you will consider joining us. Details for all events along with registration information is available on our website
